The goal of Dimensional’s internship program is to create an opportunity for you to work on real-world, meaningful projects that give you a true feel for what it’s like to work at the firm. You’ll have a chance to collaborate with mentors and see how your ideas can make a real impact. At the end of your internship, you’ll present your work to colleagues who are eager to hear what you’ve learned—and who are ready to see how your solutions can help Dimensional grow.


Upon completion of the program, you’ll have the opportunity to pursue future positions across the firm. We hope that you’ll view your work at Dimensional as a career, not just a job.

How Do I Apply for an Internship?

As an intern, you’ll have access to Dimensional University (DU) to support your pursuit of learning. Launched in 2018, DU offers a global library of online and in-person courses covering topics from History and Experience to Dimensional Investing and Professional Development. The immersive, interactive programs are designed to help you grow your knowledge and to empower you to achieve your career goals.

Be a Part of a Sustainable Workplace


We consistently work to reduce Dimensional’s environmental impact through recycling, composting, and waste-reduction programs. We are also purposeful in making our offices environmentally sound, working with architects and designers on features like sustainable landscaping, electric-vehicle charging stations, and LED lighting. Dimensional has also taken a number of steps to reduce our carbon footprint while ensuring comfortable, productive workspaces for all employees, such as adjusting temperature settings and switching off unneeded lights. Internship FAQs

What are the eligibility requirements to apply for an internship?


Internships are for undergraduate or graduate students the summer before their final year of school. Minimum 3.2 cumulative GPA required.

What is the internship application timeline?


Applications are posted in mid-August and typically close by December. Candidates are screened on a continuous, rolling basis, and we recommend applying early.

Should I apply to multiple internships?


Please apply to the internship position that most interests you. Our recruiters will assess for your best fit across all available internship positions.

How can I check the status of my application?


Please log in to your Workday account to view your application status. We receive a high volume of applications and will contact applicants as soon as a decision has been made.

Does Dimensional provide sponsorship for internship opportunities?


Dimensional may consider the employment of interns requiring H-1B or other visa sponsorship. Those candidates will be considered for employment if Dimensional finds their hiring necessary to obtain the skills required for a given role and so that we remain competitive in the marketplace.
